Big Lots = Big Frenzy
Recently, my mom has been feeling bad
becuase I had been feeling so bad and bummed out that I couldn't take
my Halloween decorations trips.. Sooo.. She herself has
been coming up here to spend the day with me and of course, take me
Trick or Treating. 
We have been visiting several places in the areas, especially different
Michaels stores to see who has the best and lowest priced Halloween
goodies. She took me decorations hunting last week, and I bought
some small tealight ceramic pumpkins, but I couldn't go too far becuase
I got sick and we had to come home, but this time... I was
feeling TONS better.
It seems that my medicine has gotten completely out of my system and I
no longer feel tired and want to sleep all the time. I feel so
much better that my mom decided to try this trip again. We went
everywhere.. To Michaels on the highway, then we tried to go to a
Spirit Halloween store they were setting up near Target but they
weren't open yet!! I couldn't believe though that we had one of
those here. I don't think they had one last year, I can't
remember I have been going to Halloween Express so much. Gonna go
there too soon. But we have mainly been hitting all the crafting
stores looking for really cute decorations to use. We also went
to Big Lots today.... When we both walked in the front door
everything was glowing and lighting up.. We suddenly heard
wonderous music going "Ahhhhhhh!!!" doves flying around, you know that
kind of thing.  So we got some shopping carts and went totally crazy, here are somethings I walked out of there with today:
1. The Flaming Pumpkin - Muahahahahahahaaa!!! Looks like its on fire.. It rocks.
2. Pumpkin Steak Lights - pretty big lighted pumpkin lights that stick
into the ground. I know EXACTLY where I am going to put them.
3. A Lighted wooded Pumpkin and Black Cat stand - Don't really know how
to describe this one, its basically a wooden picture with pumpkins and
black cats on it, and it has holes in it where a strand of lights is
stuck through. It looks really great when its lit up!
I really wanted to get more but my mom told me to hold off a bit they
STILL hadn't got out everything, so we are gonna wait a couple of weeks
then go back and get some more stuff. Oh and my mom got some cool
scarecrows and those fake haybell things to put on her front porch for
Halloween. She is all into Scarecrows this year!
The whole trip was a total blast. I can't wait to go again in a
couple of weeks with her. I was feeling so bad that I couldn't
make the trips myself because of our money situation (which is getting
better every week!) and I had been so sick. Gawd I am SO glad I
have a family that are as big into Halloween as I am!
My mom called them "Halloween Presents".
